All accounts registered on DreamCars initially do not have bidding enabled. This is because to bid, you must have payment information on file, and some people are simply here to browse, comment, or wait for their specific car.
Once you are ready to begin your DreamCars buying experience, simply head over to https://dreamcars.com/settings/billing and click enable.
From there you will be prompted to add billing information, and you are ready to go.
For security reasons, all billing information is kept on (Stripe)[https://stripe.com/]
